dumper: Use device codename in the worst case 

Some devices like RMX1851
(https://github.com/DroidDumps/realme_rmx1851_dump) doesn't have
description and incremental information from build.prop. And if this
case happen, the description will be empty, resulting no repository
description and weird commit message.

So for the alternative, use device codename for this case. Users won't
confused tho.
